About Kenpo
Kenpo is a defensive art mixing the hard linear strikes of Japanese karate styles with the circular movements of Chinese kung fu. Kenpo is tailored to the practitioner rather than forcing all body types to execute moves in exactly the same way. Literally translated, Kenpo means "Law of the Fist" (Ken = Fist; Po = Law).

About Ten Chi Kenpo

The English translation of "Ten Chi" is Heaven & Earth. To us this represents the balance between the mental and physical aspects of Kenpo. The balance of cultivating both the mind and the body. It's more than just learning the moves.

At the Ten Chi Kenpo studio there are no high pressure sales pitches or contracts to sign. We train in a relaxed family oriented atmosphere and want everyone to enjoy themselves. Call or stop by and we will gladly answer any questions you might have.
